On October 23, Minister of SMEs and Startups, Han Seongsook, hosted a roundtable on promoting the social venture ecosystem at KT&G Sangsang Planet in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. The meeting brought together social venture founders, investors, and support organizations to share challenges faced in the field and discuss practical support measures. Minister Han described social ventures as drivers of change that creatively solve social issues and generate sustainable value and pledged to strengthen institutional frameworks and expand government support for social enterprises.
